Mr Rakesh Kumar, then 19 years old lad, now a man, will spend the next three years behind bars. Why does it seem rather absurd..? Here we go... he had sex with a girl, who is now married to an another man, when she was at 16 after seekin' her consent as she was in Luv (sucks) with him when he was at 19.
She confessed the same in Supreme Court. However, Supreme Court saved him from a harsher sentence of Seven years. Because, authorities told that "she was then a minor so that this will be treated as rape". (though he had sex with her after got her nod, therefore, as she was in luv with him). Weird, ain't it..?
Does rape really exist..? Accordin' to my knowledge, it doesn't. You can phrase it this way. How..? Here it is... "Sex by force or Sex without mutual-consent or Sexually assaulted or Makin' luv by force". Reason..? Chastity does not exist either. Since there is no Chastity, you can't punish a man for Rapin' charge. From now on, never use the term rape and try to use these terms/phrases.
Read a lot 'bout Chemistry, Chastity, Relationships b/w men and women to know more 'bout it. You will agree with me, friends.
